Requirements
  • Previous bar and/or cash‑handling experience.
  • Someone who stays positive, friendly, and unflappable under pressure (angry customer? Long queue? No problem).
  • A natural people‑person who enjoys delivering great service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and those last‑minute gig nights.
  • A team player who’s proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Welcoming guests with a smile and making them feel safe, relaxed, and ready to enjoy the show.
  • Serving and presenting drinks quickly, efficiently, and with style – always delivering a Best‑In‑Class service.
  • Keeping the bar and venue looking spotless so our guests can focus on the performance.
  • Letting customers know about our latest drinks and promotions.
  • Pitching in with the wider team when needed – from scanning tickets to helping our access customers.
