Job summary

The Hillside in Hillsborough is seeking experienced Bar Staff to join the team. The successful candidate will bring prior experience in a busy environment and be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends. NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service and Level 2 Food Hygiene are desirable, with cocktail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in similar role.
• NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service or equivalent.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or higher.
• Cocktail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the busy Hillside bar.
• Take orders and prepare drinks as required.
• Work flexible days, evenings and weekends as needed.
