Job summary

Pig and Butcher Islington is seeking an experienced Bar Staff/Bartender to join our busy, service-led pub and restaurant. You will bring passion for food and drink, provide friendly service, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

We value team players with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to work hard. Experience with cocktails and Michelin-standard environments is advantageous but not essential.

• Experience as Bar Staff/Bartender in a similar establishment.
• Fluent English.
• Passion for food & drink.
• Kind, friendly & outgoing.
• Know the difference between service & hospitality.
• Enjoy the challenges of a busy restaurant.

Introduction to the site and role

We are now looking for an experienced Bar Staff / Bartender to join this busy, service-led pub and restaurant. We believe in treating people the way we wish to be treated and take the careers of our team seriously, aiming to fill all our senior positions internally through training and support.

About you:

• Have experience as Bar Staff/ Bartender in a similar establishment
• Speak Fluent English
• Have a passion for food & drink
• Be kind, friendly & outgoing
• Know the difference between service & hospitality
• Enjoy the challenges of a busy restaurant
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be willing to work hard
• Know how to make cocktails(advantageousbutnot essential)
• Have Michelin experience (advantageous but not essential)
