Role Responsibilities

1. Serve requested drinks to customers in a timely manner, adhering to service standards.
2. Ensure all bar areas are clean and tidy.
3. Collect and clean glassware.
4. Replenish stock at the bar, using an appropriate stock rotation method.
5. Handle cash and operate tills.
6. Adhere to cleaning and maintenance schedules.
7. Comply fully with all health and safety regulations.
8. Follow all company terms and conditions.
9. Participate in any required training, both legislative and company-specific.
