Job summary

Lore of the Land in London is seeking experienced Bar Staff to join a dynamic hospitality team. You will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional guest experience as a Bartender/Barmaid, serving drinks, and supporting operations on busy shifts.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£14.50–£15.50) with service charge after probation, staff meals, exclusive discounts, Perkbox access, and Early Pay. Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to greet guests and take orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Restocking inventory and ensuring sufficient supplies.

On the ground floor, our pub serves expertly crafted pints from a carefully selected range of renowned breweries, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list.. . On the first floor, our restaurant showcases the finest British cuisine, with a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and traditional flavours. Our Sunday roasts are a particular highlight. BAR STAFF – FULL-TIME POSITION

Lore of the Land is currently seeking experienced Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to become part of our hardworking team.. . As a Bartender/Barmaid at Lore of the Land, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Assisting with restocking inventory and ensuring sufficient supplies are available at all times.
• Multitasking to deliver efficient and seamless service.
• Confidently pouring pints, preparing long drinks, and serving a range of spritzers and cocktails.
