Job summary

The Greenbank, part of The Cornwall Hotel Collection in Falmouth, is seeking a friendly Festive Bar Server to join the team over the Christmas period. This part-time, fixed-term role runs from November 2026 to 2 January 2027, with shifts across Christmas Day and festive events.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks, keep the bar tidy, handle payments and support the wider Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• A friendly and approachable manner.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Confidence working in a busy environment.
• Reliability and flexibility across the festive period.
• Must be available to work Christmas Day.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Taking orders and serving drinks efficiently.
• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keeping the bar clean, tidy and well-stocked.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Festive Bar Server to join our team at The Greenbank over the Christmas period.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position running from November 2026 to 2nd January 2027. Applicants must be available to work over Christmas, including Christmas Day.
