DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea is seeking a Bar Operative to join our busy hotel team. You will serve food and drinks in the restaurant and bar, delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

The role requires flexibility across morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends, with opportunities for service charge and career progression in a supportive F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Able to work various shift patterns including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets.
• Maintain a visible presence to handle customer requests in a friendly manner.
• Upsell products where possible.
• Ensure cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out per Company Policy.
• Assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
