Job summary

Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd. seeks an experienced bar supervisor to lead daily operations at the Guildhall, City Hall and Hull Arena. You will deliver exceptional customer service, develop the bar team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure licensing and food safety compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day delivery of bar services at the Guildhall, City Hall and Hull Arena.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing and food safety requirements.
• Assist in monitoring delegated revenue budgets and achieving targets.
• Be a personal licence holder and act as Duty Manager overseeing functions as required.
• As a key holder, ensure security of venues and respond to emergencies.
• Oversee stock ordering, storage and procurement in line with policies.
• Assist in staff rotas and admin tasks including payroll records.
