Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to join our prestigious properties across the South of the UK. You will bring excellent cocktail skills and deep bar knowledge, with at least two years’ experience, ideally in a supervisory role, within a high-end bar/restaurant environment.

In this role you’ll work in a vibrant, fast-paced setting, delivering exceptional service and maintaining Harbour Hotels’ standards of hospitality across our brands and on-site bars.

The role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bar Supervisor to join the team. As Bar Supervisor you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge. You will need a minimum of 2 years’ bar experience, ideally with some supervisory and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential
