Job summary

Botanica Hall is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead a vibrant front-of-house team. The role covers managing a high-volume bar, coordinating with the General Manager to refine the venue’s offer, and driving excellent guest experiences.

Strong communication and team leadership are essential. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and front-of-house leadership.
• Experience managing a high-volume bar.
• Ability to work with the General Manager to develop the offer.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
