Job summary

Accorhotel in London is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations, shaping a polished, confident and warm service with personality. You will be a senior member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, supporting the General Manager and safeguarding the House of Louie identity while creating memorable guest journeys.

You will develop cocktail programmes, train the opening team, manage beverage buying and stock, and drive beverage innovation to elevate the bar's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage purchasing, cellar organisation, stock control, wastage and supplier relationships with discipline and close attention to quality.
• Lead tastings, supplier partnerships, brand activations and beverage innovation, creating moments that add value to the guest experience and the reputation of the bar.
