You will oversee daily operations, stock control, and compliance with health and licensing rules, while developing the team and maximising revenue. The role is based on-site with flexible working opportunities and involvement in events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverages.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop colleagues.
• Understanding of stock control, cost management and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional service and memorable drink experiences, ensuring a warm, personalised welcome.
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Develop and support the bar team through training and leadership.
