Brunning and Price is seeking a Bar Manager for The Arrow Mill, Alcester. You’ll lead the bar team, ensure exceptional service, and drive engaging events from seasonal promotions to launches.

This hands-on role offers a competitive package up to £38,500 including tronc and bonus, basic up to £31,000 plus tronc, overtime paid, and generous staff benefits such as meals, pension, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bar manager or assistant manager in gastro pub, restaurant or hotel.
• Ability to lead a busy bar and deliver high service standards.
• Comfort delivering wet-led events, promotions and drinks launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Plan and deliver engaging wet-led events and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation and product knowledge.
