Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd is seeking a Bar Manager for The Arrow Mill, Alcester. You’ll lead the bar team, set the tone on arrival, ensure exceptional service, and drive lively events and promotions to bring the pub to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar management within gastro pub/food-led venue is preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus required.
• Ability to plan events and promotions to drive sales.

About You...

As Bar Manager, you’ll be the face of the pub and the first point of contact for our guests. From the moment people walk through the door, you’ll set the tone, delivering a genuine welcome, building rapport, and making sure every visit feels special.

You’ll take real ownership of the bar, leading from the front while maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge. A key part of the role will be getting involved in planning and delivering engaging wet-led events, from seasonal promotions and drinks launches to lively social evenings that bring the pub to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests while driving the success of the bar.
