What You'll Be Doing

• Leading our Bar Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every single night
• Bringing energy and passion to everything from service to cocktail creation
• Coaching and developing your team through 1-1s, incentives and hands-on leadership
• Driving standards, managing performance and championing a culture of excellence
• Playing a key role in our Guest Experience Bonus and ensuring every guest leaves delighted

Who We're Looking For

• Previous Bar Management experience in a wet-led, high-energy venue
• A genuine passion for delivering amazing drinks and unforgettable service
• A people-first leader who brings out the best in others
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for detail
• Experience in finance, stock, and rota management is great - but we can teach that if you've got the attitude
