We are building a NEW SUPER SQUADRA for our opening CIRCOLO POPOLARE in MANCHESTER. We are seeking a talented ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER to join our team. Are you ready for this exciting challenge?

YOUR MISSION:

• Team Management: Collaborate with the Bar Manager to delegate duties, coach the team, support during service, and ensure effective shift briefings and handovers. Assist in recruitment and onboarding, lead training programs, and develop individual growth plans.
• Guest Service: Maintain high standards, monitor guest feedback, and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Menu Changes: Support the Bar Manager in menu updates, including drink costs, cocktail creations, and team training.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety procedures among the team.
• Stock & Inventory: Participate in monthly stock checks, adhering to F&B standards.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Previous experience as Assistant Bar Manager or Head Bartender
• Advanced English skills; Italian language skills are a plus
