About The Role

The Northall Bar Manager is responsible for leading and managing the bar operations to deliver exceptional service and an unforgettable guest experience. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and refined atmosphere at the bar, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency.

The Bar Manager will embody the core values of our organization: heart, head, and hands. The Northall Bar Manager will oversee the bar team, manage daily operations, and drive innovations to enhance the guest experience while ensuring smooth operational efficiency.

About You

• Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-end bar setting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cost control.
• Expertise in creating innovative drink menus and ensuring consistent quality across all service areas.
• Experience handling guest complaints and resolving issues with professionalism and tact.
• A strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Takes pride in own professional grooming.
• Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
