We
are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead our
dynamic team. As a Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the
bar operations, curating an exceptional beverage program, and contributing to
the overall success of our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology,

Key
Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high service standards and an
inviting atmosphere.

Curate and manage the beverage program, including creative and high-quality
drink menus.

Train and develop bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a well-stocked bar.

Create and implement strategies to drive bar revenue and profitability.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and
prompt resolution.

Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious
working environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar staff role within the
hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
efficiently.

Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
