Lucky Cat at 22 Bishopsgate is seeking a passionate Bar Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a high-volume, Michelin-level environment. You will manage all bar operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and nurture a skilled team of bartenders.

Qualifications

Lucky Cat is one of five unique Gordon Ramsay Restaurant experiences at 22 Bishopsgate and Europe's tallest restaurant - Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi, exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar.
Located on level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay offers breath taking, unparalleled views across the city.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Bar Manager to work as part of the front of house team at Lucky Cat - 22 Bishopsgate.

To be a successful Bar Manager you will:

• Have previous management experience in a quality high volume bar environment
• Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus
• Full running of the Bar and a passion and knowledge of cocktails and wine
• A solid understanding of stock control and ordering systems
• Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach
• Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service at all times of the day
• Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guests
• Be a clear and concise communicator
• Have the ability to multi-task effectively
