Job summary

L’ETO in London is opening a brand-new Berkeley Square bistro and seeks a Bar Manager to lead the bar with creativity and hospitality excellence. You will shape the drinks program, oversee daily operations, and mentor a talented team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a creative leadership position with opportunities to develop signature cocktails, premium beverages, and a standout beverage identity in a prestigious Mayfair setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head of Bar, Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in premium hospitality.
• Strong cocktail knowledge with presentation.
• Solid wine, aperitif and spirits knowledge.
• Experience with coffee service or willingness to develop expertise.
• Experience developing drinks menus and seasonal specials.
• Stock management, ordering and waste control experience.
• Excellent leadership and training skills.
• Creative, proactive mindset with attention to detail.
• Great guest interaction and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day bar operations, beverage quality and service standards.
• Lead and develop a skilled bar team in a dynamic Mayfair opening.
• Contribute to beverage development and signature cocktails.
• Manage stock, supplier relationships and costs.
• Ensure licensing, health and safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Deliver an engaging guest experience with genuine hospitality.
