Job summary

TOCA Social is recruiting for guest services roles at our Westfield White City venue. You will greet guests, guide their journey, and help deliver a best-in-class dining and football experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with both part-time and full-time contracts available. You will support bar and hospitality teams, maintain clean, presentable areas, and contribute to memorable experiences while TOCA Social expands.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and supporting guests to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Having an eye for opportunity to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner.
• Ensuring guest facing areas are clean and presentable at all times.
• Providing clear and concise communication to teammates to minimise disruption to guests.
• Ensuring all items/stock are replenished and available to guests and teammates.
• Supporting our bar teams and Leaders as and when necessary.
• Following all health & safety and allergy procedures.
• Being flexible in covering a range of duties in line with business needs when required.
• Coaching junior members of the team to become legends.

Job Highlights

Location: TOCA Social, Westfield White City, W12 7GD. Reports to: Bar & Hospitality Manager. Hours Required: Part Time and Full Time roles available. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings and weekends and across the festive and New Years period.
