We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Back, you will support the bar team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to our excellent drinking experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown of the bar area.
2. Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
3. Retrieve and restock liquor, beer, and beverages as needed.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following health and safety standards.
5. Support bartenders during service, anticipating needs for a seamless workflow.
6. Collaborate with staff to maintain an efficient and harmonious environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a support role like Bar Back is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases.
