Luxury Hotel Management in Lincoln is seeking an experienced cocktail bartender for a premium hotel cocktail lounge. You will greet guests, prepare cocktails, and maintain a top-quality bar environment while upholding hotel standards.

We require cocktail experience, bar experience, and strong customer service skills. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends; training will be provided to successful applicants.

Responsibilities

PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED COCKTAIL BARTENDER WANTED IN PREMIUM HOTEL COCKTAIL LOUNGE:

Located in the heart of the Cathedral quarter on the Bailgate, we are looking for experienced, professional, enthusiastic and sociable cocktail bartenders.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to –

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
• Drink preparation and serving
• Developing a knowledge of our products and cocktails
• Ensuring the bar and bar floor is tidy & clean to maintain the right atmosphere
• Cash handling
• Adhering to all the standards required of the hotel
• Following procedures outlined by heads of departments and supervisors
• Serving bar food
• Upselling and recommending menu items
• Standing for long periods of time in a fast paced environment

You will be part of a growing team of amicable, ambitious and inspiring bartenders. You will have a strong work ethic, time management, excellent people skills and a total commitment to exceeding guest expectations. You will have a good level of written and spoken English as well as numeracy skills. You must be motivated to work in the hospitality industry.

You must be confident, a team-player and work well under pressure for a continuous amount of time.

Training will be provided if successful but bar experience is required.

The job will be mornings, evenings and or weekends, so flexibility in working hours will be required.

Salary: Above national Minimum Wage + Tips
