Caprice Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Mayfair venue.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. The role requires strong organizational, communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and improving service quality.

• Knowledge of restaurant management software and basic financial acumen.
