We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic team. As a Bar Back, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar team, ensuring the smooth flow of operations, and contributing to the overall excellence of our drinking experience. Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist bartenders in the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• - Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies, including ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• - Retrieve and restock liquor, beer, and other beverages as needed.
• - Keep the bar area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
• - Support bartenders during service, anticipating their needs and contributing to a seamless workflow.
• - Collaborate with other staff members to maintain an efficient and harmonious working environment.

Requirements:

• - Previous experience in a Bar Back or similar support role is advantageous but not required.
• - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• - Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
