Caprice Holdings Ltd’s Bacchanalia in Berkley Square, Mayfair, London, invites applications for a Night Cleaner to join the Kitchen team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in a high-end dining environment.

As Night Cleaner you will maintain cleanliness of equipment, assist in basic food prep when needed, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, supporting a fast-paced kitchen. Previous experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Cleaner in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Experience working with cleaning equipment like a decarbonizer, steamers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen tools.
• Assist in the general cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Collect and remove kitchen waste and recycling.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

As a Night Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the Kitchen, supporting the culinary team in delivering a seamless dining experience.
