Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino in London is seeking a passionate Bar Back to strengthen our Bars team serving God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments, and Paddy’s Sportsbook. You will be the backbone of bar operations, keeping stock, cleanliness, and readiness for service while supporting bartenders during busy periods.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic and able to work nights and weekends. Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn and strong teamwork are essential for

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bar Back to join our Bars team which serves the God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and the brand new Paddy’s Sportsbook. You’ll be the backbone of our bar operations, supporting the bartenders and ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready for service. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and wants to be part of a high‑performing team.
