Be At One Liverpool invites motivated individuals to join as Barbacks. No prior experience is required; you should be guest-focused and ready to help create a memorable night out for guests.

You will help maintain an organized bar, ensure a clean and safe environment, and work with the team to elevate bartending standards across the venue. The Opportunity

We are looking for our Barbacks to be what we call Party Starters at Be At One. You don’t need any experience to become a Barback, you just need to be guest focussed and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out for our guests something to remember.
