Job summary

Drake & Morgan is seeking a Bar-Back to support our busy bars and restaurants in London. You will help ensure top-quality drinks service and keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and well-organised, enabling smooth service during peak times.

You should be able to think on your feet, prioritise tasks, and work calmly under pressure as part of a friendly hospitality team. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of drinks service for Drake & Morgan customers.
• Maintain maximum product availability at the bar and clean, clutter-free bar/customer areas.

The main purpose of this job role is to have responsibility for ensuring that Drake and Morgan customers receive the highest standards of drinks service and a clean and tidy environment by ensuring maximum product availability and a clean and clutter free bar / customer areas.

You should have good organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative and be able to prioritise effectively. You should be visually alert, have a personality and the confidence to manage a number of different tasks all at once and be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy the hospitality industry and working as part of a team.
