Job summary

Drake & Morgan, a leading London bar/restaurant operator, seeks a Floor Supervisor in the City venues. You will lead shifts, manage the pass with the kitchen team, and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed, while training staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidate should know the full drinks menu, upsell confidently, and work within the company’s service standards. Competitive hourly rates and tips await, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Section management & shift delivery.
• Managing pass, including expediting and team interaction with head chef and kitchen.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift.
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
• Handle voiding and billing adjustments according to Drake & Morgan procedures.
• On-going team training and development.
• Know all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails; recommend and upsell.

Role responsibilities include the following

• Section management & shift delivery
• Managing of pass, including expediting & team interaction with head chef & kitchen team
• Ensure that opening and closing procedures are followed on every shift
• Attend and contribute to pre-shift team meetings.
• Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills in accordance with the prescribed Drake and Morgan billing and charging procedure.
• On-going team training & development
• Have a thorough knowledge of all menu items, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and be confident to make recommendations/upsell.
