Job summary

Drake & Morgan’s Bar Supervisor role in London is a hands‑on leadership position at our city venues. You will oversee bar operations, train staff to the Drake & Morgan service standards, and ensure exceptional guest experience while maintaining cost controls.

• Manage bar team's rota, breaks and development

• Ensure mise-en-place prepared to bars standards
• Ensure guest drinks prepared and served according to company standards
• Carry out accurate stock-takes according to company policy
• Follow Drake and Morgan steps of bar service and train new team members

Job responsibilities include the following

• To assist the Bars Manager in the control of wage costs in line with budgetary requirements
• Manage the bar team’s rota / breaks and development
• Bartender Recruitment
• To oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policy
• To ensure mise-en-place are prepared according to Bars standards
• To ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
• To ensure accurate stock-takes are carried out according to company policy
• Always follow the Drake and Morgan steps of bar service and train/coach new members of your team to follow the same standards.
