Drake & Morgan is seeking a Seasonal Bar-Back to ensure top drinks service and a clean bar environment across our London venues. You will manage multiple tasks, keep the bar stocked, and contribute to a high-energy team. The role offers training, tips, and progression opportunities within our bars and restaurants. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

The main purpose of this job role is to have responsibility for ensuring that Drake and Morgan customers receive the highest standards of drinks service and a clean and tidy environment by ensuring maximum product availability and a clean and clutter free bar / customer areas.

You should have good organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative and be able to prioritise effectively. You should be visually alert, have a personality and the confidence to manage a number of different tasks all at once and be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy the hospitality industry and working as part of a team
