Job summary

Unico Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members to join its Lounge team. You will welcome customers with warm hospitality, serve food and drinks to spec, and keep the bar stocked and clean throughout each shift.

The role suits friendly individuals looking for flexible hours in a busy caf bar environment. No prior experience is essential as training is provided; you’ll work with a great team and enjoy staff perks from day one.

Qualifications

• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• A self-motivator who works at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it's not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
