Job summary

Part Of Loungers' Olmo Lounge in Huntingdon is hiring Front of House Team Members to welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and keep the café bar running smoothly. You'll read customers, adapt your approach, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

Experience isn't essential; training is provided. Enjoy up to £12.71/hr plus tips, free meals on shifts, 50% off food and drinks, staff discounts from day one, and opportunities for career growth within our growing brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
