Job summary

Martello Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Front of House Team Members for its Tendring site. You’ll join our bar and waiting team to deliver warm hospitality across coffee, drinks, and meals.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest and help you grow with our career pathways and training. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
