Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Orto Lounge on a temporary basis. This seasonal role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest in a friendly team environment.

This is a temporary seasonal position with a set end date; there might be a chance to stay on if it’s a great fit. Join our growing group of hospitality professionals across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not required.
• Friendly and warm customer-facing attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm hospitality from entry.
• Serve food to a high standard and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including coffees and cocktails.
• Keep bar area stocked, clean and well-presented throughout shift.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
