Job summary

Ostello Lounge at Loungers is looking for Front of House Team Members to join a growing café bar family. You’ll read customers, adapt your style, and work with the team to ensure guests leave happy.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest and support your development. Enjoy up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and a generous 50% discount on food and drinks from day one.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
