Job summary

Lounge Café Bars in Ringwood is seeking a Bar and Waiting Team Member to welcome guests, serve drinks and food to high standards, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

As part of the team, you’ll read customers, adapt your service style, and collaborate with colleagues. This full-time role offers an hourly rate between £10.85 and £12.71 plus tips, plus a free meal on every shift and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with warm hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish lands perfectly.
• Preparing and serving drinks to specification—coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
