Offering up to 12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. Experience isn't essential - if you're kind and love hospitality, we'll teach you the rest!

About the Role

Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who work in them.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

We're a growing brand with over 300 sites across England and Wales. Whether you want to build a career in hospitality or just want flexible work that fits around your life, there's a place for you here.

What's in it For You?

• Hourly pay + tips. Tips shared equally across the team, based on hours worked
• Hourly paid flexible contract. Ideal for part-time, full-time, or flexible work seekers. This role is likely to include evening and weekend work
• Free meal on every shift no matter the length
• Christmas and Boxing Day off
• Genuine career development with our career pathways and bitesize training courses
• 50% discount on food and drinks from day one. Including alcohol across all our brands (Lounge, Cosy Club, & Brightside) from day one
• No uniform policy
• The most talked-about staff party in hospitality - Loungefest!
• Long service awards - Vouchers/Extra money
• Early access to your pay with Stream
• Emotional and practical support via the Licensed Trade Charity

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

What You'll Bring

• Bags of energy and your own personality!
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• A self-motivator who works at pace
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it's not essential - we can teach you how to be a great Lounger!
