Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Verdo Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll join a friendly team, delivering warm hospitality, serving drinks and meals, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere across shifts. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you all you need to know.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly personality with a can-do attitude.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warm, genuine hospitality from entry.
• Serve food to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Prepare and serve drinks to spec, from coffees to cocktails.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean and organised throughout shifts.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Verdo Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
