Job summary

Claro Lounge in the Loungers family is hiring Front of House Team Members to deliver warm hospitality from the moment guests arrive. You’ll read the room, welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and keep the bar tidy and stocked throughout your shift.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness and a love of hospitality are enough. We offer up to £12.71 per hour, tips, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with flexible hours and career development in a growing brand.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Claro Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
