Job summary

Lansio Lounge – part of Loungers – is hiring Front of House Team Members in Tenby, Wales. No experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest and you’ll join a welcoming bar and waiting team delivering warm service from the moment customers arrive.

You’ll earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, with benefits like staff meals, 50% discount on food and drinks from day one, paid breaks, and ongoing career development within a growing brand. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus, but not essential — training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and a personable, friendly approach.
• Ability to work at pace and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions
