Loungers’ Tambo Lounge in Newark is hiring Front of House Team Members. You’ll greet guests, serve food and drinks, and contribute to a warm, friendly dining experience. The role supports flexible part-time or full-time hours with paid breaks and staff perks.

We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, staff meals on every shift, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and opportunities for progression within a growing brand across England and Wales.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong communication and a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Able to adapt to busy service periods and multitask.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Tambo Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
