Loungers’ Vicolo Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members to join a friendly, busy café bar. You’ll be part of the Bar & Waiting team, delivering warm hospitality from the moment guests walk in and helping create memorable experiences.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the basics. Enjoy up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals on shifts, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, plus career development and team events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong guest focus and friendly manner are required.
• Able to read customers and adapt your approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warm hospitality.

• Prepare and serve drinks including coffees and cocktails.
• Keep the bar stocked, prepped and clean during shifts.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
