Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Fuego Lounge, a local café bar. Earn up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. Experience isn’t essential; if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest!

As part of our Bar & Waiting team you’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks to spec, and keep the bar stocked and clean. We offer flexible work, great team culture, and opportunities across 300+ sites across England

Qualifications

• Bags of energy and your own personality.
• A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
• Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A self-motivator who works at pace.
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
