Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Front of House Team Members for Marinero Lounge. Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. We welcome waiters, waitresses, baristas and bartenders, with no prior experience required as training will be provided.

Flexible shifts and a friendly team await you in a growing brand across England and Wales. Join the Bar & Waiting team to greet customers, serve dishes and drinks to spec, and ensure every guest leaves

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus, but not essential.
• Friendly, approachable and ready to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Serve food to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and timing.
• Prepare and serve drinks including coffees and cocktails to spec.
• Keep the bar prepped, stocked and clean throughout every shift.
• Handle payments accurately and answer customer queries confidently, including allergens.

What You'll Do
