Loungers’ Cultivo Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our local café bar. We value warm hospitality and a friendly approach to every guest, from a quiet coffee to a birthday cocktail, offering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not required.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Cultivo Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails.
