Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Caballero Lounge, a local café bar. We’ll teach you if experience isn’t essential. You’ll join the Bar & Waiting team, delivering warm hospitality across shifts, with a friendly, fast-paced environment and opportunities across 300+ sites.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Caballero Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
