Part of Loungers is seeking Front of House Team Members to join Orto Lounge in Evesham on a temporary basis. The FTC role pays £10.85–£12.71 per hour plus tips, with staff meals, discounts, and flexible shifts.

Experience isn't essential; we're happy to train you to deliver warm hospitality. This seasonal position has a set end date, with the possibility to extend if we’re a great fit for each other.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not required.
• Strong communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Orto Lounge, on a temporary basis. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great opportunity for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more looking for temporary work. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
