Job summary

Novo Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring Front of House Team Members. Join a growing hospitality brand offering up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, ensuring each dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

Job description

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
